Đại học Kỹ thuật Y - Dược Đà Nẵng. Dữ liệu được thu thập bằng thang đo tuân thủ các biện pháp phòng ngừa chuẩn và bộ câu hỏi rào cản đến tuân thủ các biện pháp phòng ngừa chuẩn. Số liệu được phân tích bằng thống kê mô tả. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ tuân thủ chung đạt 63,3% (điểm trung bình 12,65 ± 3,43), cho thấy mức tuân thủ trung bình. Các hành vi tuân thủ thấp gồm: không đậy nắp kim tiêm sau sử dụng (1,6%), xử lý hộp đựng vật sắc nhọn trước khi đầy (14,1%) và vệ sinh tay với sản phẩm thích hợp (27,2%). Điểm trung bình rào cản là 25,15 ± 9,21; các rào cản thường gặp gồm thiếu trang thiết bị, áp lực thời gian chăm sóc và cảm giác khó chịu khi sử dụng phương tiện phòng hộ cá nhân. Kết luận: Sinh viên tuân thủ các biện pháp phòng ngừa chuẩn ở mức trung bình và còn tồn tại một số thực hành chưa đạt, đặc biệt liên quan đến xử lý kim tiêm và vệ sinh tay. Cần tăng cường đào tạo và giám sát thực hành, đồng thời đảm bảo điều kiện trang thiết bị nhằm giảm rào cản và nâng cao tuân thủ trong thực hành lâm sàng.
